New Beginnings
2023 was an exciting year for Nurture. We've revamped the website, refreshed our social media presence, and we're building a database of volunteers to effect real change where it counts!
And we are doing all of this important work under our lean, efficient operational model.
A few of the highlights in 2023 include:
- Collaborations for Change: Partnered with over a dozen organizations in Puerto Rico, actively supporting various initiatives focusing on sustainability, education, community building, and animal welfare.
- Resource Sharing: Distributed educational materials, including nutrition books and informative videos, to promote healthy choices, sustainable practices, and empower communities with knowledge.
- Community Engagement: Organized and participated in multiple events ranging from educational workshops on nutrition to volunteering efforts like house painting and conservation projects, fostering community connections and positive impact.
- Digital Outreach: Revamped social media presence and websites, leveraging platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn to share stories, spread awareness, and support like-minded organizations striving for positive change.
